This page explains how to request the deletion of your personal data processed by the Quatro7 platform, operated by CIA LIGHT ILUMINAÇÃO LTDA. You may request deletion at any time, free of charge, in accordance with the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD).

How to request deletion

1. Send an e-mail to contato@cialight.com.br with the subject Data deletion.

2. Provide your identification so we can locate the records: the phone number (WhatsApp) used in the conversation and/or the name of the business you communicated with. If you are a dashboard user, provide your account e-mail.

3. Confirmation and timeframe. We will confirm receipt and complete the deletion within 15 days, which may be extended with justification, under the LGPD.

If you are a dashboard customer (business)

Account administrators can also delete data directly from the Quatro7 dashboard (removing contacts, conversations and the account itself) or request full deletion via the e-mail above.

What gets deleted

Identification data (phone number, display name);
Conversation content and associated media;
Metadata and service records linked to you.

We may retain certain information for the minimum period required by legal or regulatory obligations (for example, tax and security records), after which it is deleted or anonymized. Data that passed through Meta/WhatsApp infrastructure is also subject to Meta's own retention policies.
